Position Title: Chef De Partie
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4.8K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Sharjah, UAE
About the Client:
A standalone café restaurant based in Sharjah, known on social media for its awesome signature food items and funky, energetic interior vibe
Job Description:
• Preparing, cooking, and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section
• Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
• Preparing meat and fish, along with pasta noodles
• Assisting with the management of health and safety food hygiene practices
• Managing and training any Commis Chefs
• Monitoring portion and waste control along with maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationals
• 35 years old and below
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the same role within F&B/Hospitality industry
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
