JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position Title: Chef De Partie (Cold Kitchen)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 5K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A well-known Arabic restaurant and café in Dubai
• Prepare and cook a variety of cold dishes, salads, and appetizers according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure the quality and presentation of cold food items by following proper plating and garnishing techniques.
• Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient preparation of cold food orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold kitchen area, including refrigerators, workstations, and equipment.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of cold food ingredients and notifying the supervisor of any shortages or replenishment needs.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Open to Indian, Sri Lankan, and Nepali nationals
• 38 y/o and below
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar tole
• Must be familiar with Lebanese Cold Appetizer, Salad and Hot Appetizer
• Must be willing to work on night shift or shifting schedule
