Position Title: Chef De Partie

Salary: up to 8.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips and service charge

About the Client:
An international French fine dining restaurant in Dubai
Job Description:
• Prepare and present dishes at the highest quality in line with the dining standards.
• Work with a team, guiding junior members and ensuring a smooth kitchen operation.
• Contribute to menu ideas and uphold our unique culinary style in collaboration with the Head Chef.
• Maintain precision in food preparation and uphold our presentation standards.
• Follow strict food safety guidelines, keeping the kitchen organized and clean.
Requirements:
• Open to any nationalities• 38 years old and below
• At least 2 years of experience in the similar role from French cuisine and high-end fine dining restaurants
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
Salary:
AED
8,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
