Position Title: Chef De Partie

Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A casual dining restaurant known for its modern American cuisine and specialty dishes in Dubai.
Job Description:
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes within hot section, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Manage and train junior kitchen staff, maintaining a smooth workflow during service.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan menus and maintain inventory for your station.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and kitchen operational standards.
Requirements:
Qualifications:- Open to Asian nationalities
- 35 years old and below
- At least 3 years of experience as CDP
- Candidates with home country experience are open to apply
Salary:
AED
7,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
