JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position Title: Chef De Partie – Culinary
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation, and duty meals
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A newly opened branch of a 5-star hospitality group based in Dubai
Job Role:
- Ensure all preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for each service
- Ensure good stock and proper waste control is practiced all throughout the kitchen
- Pay high attention to detail and quality of all outgoing cooked food from kitchen
- Execute cooking to the expected high standard efficiency
- Supervise cleanliness and organization of designated section
- Delegate jobs to junior chefs and apprentices to support them in their development
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
- Open to Asian and Eastern European nationalities
- 45 years old and below
- At least 3 years’ experience on the same role from at least a 4-star hotel or luxury hospitality
- Home country experience is accepted
