JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position Title: Chef de Partie - Pastry
Employment Type: Fulltime
Salary: up to 4.5K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualification plus tips
Job Location: Mirdif City Center, Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A renowned French pastry shop and restaurant chain in UAE
Job Description:
• Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in pastry section
• Coordinate daily tasks with the junior pastry chef
• Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks
• Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• 35 years old and below
• Should have at least 2 years of experience in the similar role
• Should have experience in high end casual restaurants / cafes
• Immediate joiner will be prioritized
