JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Deliver quality pizzas on a regular basis
- Maintain high level of hygiene and safety at all times
- Must be able to work with other kitchen staffs to smoothly and effectively achieve customer satisfaction
- Prepare pizzas quickly and efficiently
- Ensure that all ingredients adhere to our safety standards
- Monitor load times in pizza oven
- Ensure there are adequate supplies for forthcoming days
- Adhere to portion controls consistently
- Perform other duties when required
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience relative to the field of interest
- Must be familiar with wood over kitchen
- Must be a team player
- Must be driven and hardworking
- Good command in English is a must!
- Minimum 2 years of pizza section chef in a well established pizza restaurant
- Good communication and social skills
- Self-motivated and service oriented
- Flexible, can do attitude and pleasant personality
