Position Title: Chief Engineer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7K AED depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A leading investment firm based in Abu Dhabi, specializing in real estate development, hospitality, retail, and construction sectors.
Job Description:
• Supervise engineering staff and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
• Manage maintenance of MEP, HVAC, elevators, and fire safety systems.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve issues and support guest satisfaction.
• Perform routine inspections of hotel premises to ensure proper maintenance and safety.
Requirements:
• Open to Indian nationals, Male, 40 years old below• At least 3 years’ experience as Chief Engineer or Assistant Chief Engineer in hotel.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
