JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

As the Chief Operating Officer, you will be working directly with the company CEO to drive organisational wide strategies and operational best practice to achieve desired business objectives

Description

* Acting as a key point of contact for clients, ministries and governments to effectively manage relationships and potentially open future commercial opportunities
* Ability to develop and interpret company strategy with the CEO, including creating clear implementation plans to identify required steps to achieve them
* Building on existing synergies amongst teams, develop a consistent framework for improved processes and procedures
* Produce detailed operational, staffing and financial plans to achieve project deliverables on time and in budget, based on extensive benchmarking research to justify recommendations
* Responsible for compliance and alignment with regional business regulations

REQUIREMENTS

* Deep understanding of the luxury tourism, hospitality and destination design space which you can leverage to understand and interpret the latest market trends
* Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to improve processes and procedures without stifling the creative output of the teams you lead
* Must have experience working for a Big 4 / MBB level international consultancy firms
* Proven experience developing strategies that incorporate appropriate resource planning and alignment with regulatory requirements
* High-level project management experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
