You will be responsible for developing high-impact digital content, driving engagement, and elevating the organisation's presence across all key social media channels. Client Details

A highly respected government-backed financial institution is seeking an Emirati Media Chief Specialist to lead its social media strategy and execution. This role plays a critical part in shaping the public perception of the organisation's mission and impact across local and international platforms.

Description

* Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
* Own and manage all corporate social media platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
* Create, curate, and publish engaging content tailored for the financial services sector.
* Monitor trends, performance metrics, and audience insights to optimise campaigns.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to source stories and promote key initiatives.
* Lead content creation for high-level financial announcements, national projects, and global partnerships.
* Proactively identify opportunities to position the brand as a thought leader in finance and development.
* Manage agency and vendor relationships as needed.

Requirements:
* UAE National with Family Book (Emirati).
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
* 6+ years of experience in social media, digital content, or media communications - preferably within financial services, government, or international development.
* Strong writing, storytelling, and content planning skills.
* Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
* Proven experience building brand presence across digital platforms.
* Arabic and English fluency required.
