Position Title: Chief Steward

About the Client:
A high-end restaurant in Dubai.
Job Description:
• Train and supervise kitchen stewards
• Enforce proper cleaning routines for service wares, equipment, floors, etc
• Ensure that all materials, utensils and areas in the kitchen are inspected and cleaned properly according to standards
• Monitor and report necessary repairs, replacement or maintenance in any equipment and facility in the kitchen
• Ensures that the kitchen is well-stocked with all necessary cleaning and maintenance materials and equipment
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Male, 35 years old and below
• Diploma or any relevant certificates
• At least 2 years UAE experience in the same role from high-end or fine dining restaurant
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
