JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client, a global advertising marketplace that facilitates revenue growth for media owners by linking marketers with consumers across all screens, is currently looking for a Chief Technology Officer to join their team.

The Chief Technology officer should :
• Have a stellar track record of technological leadership and a deep understanding of the fintech landscape, including Web 2.0 and Web 3.0 technologies.
• Strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and a persuasive presenter, capable of steering our technology department and driving the development of digital platform, applications ensuring compliance with regularities without any delay.
• Drive continuous improvement in IT policies and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the organization, fostering an environment where the Can-Do attitude translates into exceptional results.
• Provide visionary leadership for developing and implementing IT initiatives that align with the strategic goals of the digital platform, infused with an indomitable Can-Do attitude permeating the entire IT department.
• Manage teams, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance across all technology domains while inspiring team members to achieve excellence even in the face of complex challenges.
• Spearhead the integration of fintech solutions, enhancing our exchange services with the creativity and determination to overcome barriers and capture new opportunities.
• Ensure the security, stability, and scalability of the digital exchange platforms and IT infrastructure.
• Serve as a key spokesperson for the company’s technological vision, delivering compelling presentations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/ Master Degree in Information Systems
• FinTech Professional Executive
• Experience in e-commerce, money exchange platforms, payments, remittance, cryptocurrency, etc
• Proven records of leading successful projects in IT and digitalization
• Excellent Managerial skills

Salary:
AED 35,000 to 40,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
