JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Network Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-6 years of hands-on experience in Cisco network support, with expertise in switching, routing, ACI, and load balancers.
• The role involves administering the Cisco network stack, resolving incidents, and executing changes efficiently.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5-6 years of relevant hands on experience in Cisco network support including (Switching, Routing, ACI, Load balancers etc)• Expert in administration of Cisco network stack, fixing incidents and executing changes
• Experience on Datacenter network components & Cloud networking
• CCNP or CCIE certification is preferred
• Exposure and experience in CISCO UCS & Voice is a plus
• Must have relevant ITIL tools & processes knowledge (Incident, Change and Problem). Should be comfortable using SNOW as ITIL tool
