JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Minimum 2-6 years of relevant hands on experience in Cisco network support including (Switching, Routing, ACI, Load balancers, etc)
• Expert in administration of Cisco network stack, fixing incidents and executing changes
• Experience on Datacenter network components & Cloud networking
• CCNP or CCIE certification is preferred
• Exposure and experience in CISCO UCS & Voice is a plus
• Must have relevant ITIL tools & processes knowledge (Incident, Change and Problem). Should be comfortable using SNOW as ITIL tool

Requirements:

• Experience - 2-6 years of relevant hands on experience in Cisco network support including (Switching, Routing, ACI, Load balancers, etc)
• Education - Bachelor's Degree
• Skills - Cisco Technologies - Router, Switch, WLC, Cisco ACI, LB
