JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant hands on experience in Cisco network support including (Switching, Routing, ACI, Load balancers) and should be able to lead team for network support and voice support
• Expert in administration of Cisco network stack, fixing incidents and executing changes
• Experience on Datacenter network components & Cloud networking
• CCNP or CCIE certification is preferred
• Should be exposed to CISCO UCS & Voice to be able to manage the team
• Must have relevant ITIL tools & processes knowledge (Incident, Change and Problem).
• Should be comfortable using SNOW as ITIL tool

Requirements:

• Experience - 8-10 years of relevant hands on experience in Cisco network support including (Switching, Routing, ACI, Load balancers, etc) and should be able to lead team for network support and voice support
• Education - Bachelor's Degree
• Skills - Cisco Technologies - Router, Switch, WLC, Cisco ACI, LB
