JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Looking for Cisco Network Support Lead. We are looking for Minimum 8-10 years of relevant hands on experience in Cisco network support including (Switching, Routing, ACI, Load balancers,etc) and should be able to lead team for network support and voice support.
Requirements:
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant hands on experience in Cisco network support including (Switching, Routing, ACI, Load balancers,etc) and should be able to lead team for network support and voice support• Expert in administration of Cisco network stack, fixing incidents and executing changes
• Experience on Datacenter network components & Cloud networking
• CCNP or CCIE certification is preferred
• Should be exposed to CISCO UCS & Voice to be able to manage the team
• Must have relevant ITIL tools & processes knowledge (Incident, Change and Problem). Should be comfortable using SNOW as ITIL tool
