JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled CISCO Voice Engineer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's CISCO voice infrastructure. This role requires a deep understanding of CISCO voice technologies and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain CISCO voice infrastructure including Call Manager, Unity Connection, and Contact Center Express.
- Provide technical expertise in voice and collaboration technologies, ensuring the stability and performance of voice communication systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and address voice network requirements and support the integration of voice services with other IT systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex voice network issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Conduct regular system assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimization of the voice infrastructure.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in voice technologies, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the organization's voice capabilities.
- Participate in the planning and execution of voice-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to voice network configurations, processes, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 year of relevant hands on experience and should be able to work in team for CISCO UCS and Voice support- Have good hands on experience in administration UCS & Cisco Voice infrastructure, fixing incidents and executing changes
- Must have experience in administration of Cisco Unified Communications Manager/Call Manager, Cisco Unity/Unity Connection, Cisco Contact centre Express (UCCX), Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express, Video, Voice Gateways / Routers / Switches
- Experience in installation and upgrading the CISCO UCS servers.
- Experience in handling the Chassis and Blade server technology, specifically worked on CISCO UCS
- Must have good experience on UCS Manager application.
- Must have relevant ITIL tools & processes knowledge (Incident, Change and Problem). Should be comfortable using SNOW as ITIL tool
