Civil Designer

• Assess potential outlet locations, including spatial dimensions, foot traffic, and surroundings.
• Create a design concept that aligns with brand's identity.
• Draft layout plans using CAD, manual drawing techniques, and other relevant software tools to outline key zones such as seating, service counters, and storage areas.
• Develop 2D designs and create 3D renders to visualize the proposed concepts and layouts.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather feedback on proposed layouts and concepts, incorporating their input to refine and enhance the overall design.
• Detail materials, colors, furniture, fixtures, and construction requirements to bring the concept to life.
• Finalize and document the designs for construction, ensuring clarity for the implementation teams.
• Oversee construction phases to ensure adherence to the design and assist in resolving any design-related issues during the project lifecycle.
• Provide estimates on cost, time, and construction specifications for new outlet designs.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive design manual that includes brand guidelines, design standards, material specifications, and best practices for future outlet designs.
• Ensure all vital information and documentation is recorded and maintained.
• Conduct research and attend workshops to stay up to date with the latest design trends.
• Ensure that all layouts and blueprints comply with relevant industry codes and local legal standards.

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
