JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Supervise and coordinate staff, Sub-Contractors, material suppliers and utility providers to ensure an efficient method of build to the required build quality and build programme.
• Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.
• Supervising and visiting contractors on site and advising on civil engineering issues;
• communicating and liaising effectively with colleagues and architects, subcontractors, contracting civil engineers, consultants, coworkers and clients;
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 5 years experience Civil Fit out and maintenance field.
• Documentation, Material submittal, method of statement preparation.
• UAE driving license required.
• Minimum of 5 + years experience mandatory in construction and maintenance company UAE
