JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a skilled Project manager / Civil Engineering to join our project management team in Kezad Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development of a logistic warehouse. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles and regulations, along with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with contractor and project teams.

Main responsibilities:
- Supervising the construction of a new logistic hub
- Preparation of daily project management reports
- Reviewing drawings and providing feedback
- Reviewing material submittals and providing feedback
- Reviewing project schedule
- Daily meetings with contractor making sure that upcoming work are well planned & prepared

Salary:
AED 9,000 to 11,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Insurance, annual flight ticket, petrol money for official & privet use,

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Preferably proven experience in working on a variety of civil engineering projects, with a focus on warehouse or industrial developments.
- In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, building codes, and regulations
- Good in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong focus on client satisfaction
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- UAE driving license is a must
