JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position Title: Civil/ MEP Engineer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
An established real estate developer and real estate management consultant owning multiple residential and commercial buildings in Dubai.
Job Description:
-Oversee construction progress from start to finish (ground up and/or renovations).
-Handle processing of documents to local authorities such as DM, DCD, DDA, RAKEZ, DED, etc.
-Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
-Review drawings to provide technical guidance in quantity surveying/estimation, structural calculation, load schedule, etc.
Requirements:
Qualifications:-Open to male candidates of Asian nationalities, up to 40 years old (NO Arabic since they’ve hired 2 already and there are limited CIS/European in this role, so main would be Asians)
-Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
-Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role experience within contracting or building consultancy in Dubai
-Must hold a valid Engineering license, Dubai Municipality Certifications and UAE Driver’s License
Salary:
AED
19,000 to 20,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
