Overview

Orbit ISS is seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee safe, timely, and quality execution of civil works on onshore oil and gas projects. The role involves supervising site activities, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing HSE standards, and supporting schedule and productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise execution of earthworks, concrete, underground, and structural works
• Enforce HSE standards and promote strong safety culture at site
• Implement approved method statements, ITPs, and quality requirements
• Monitor daily progress, prepare look-ahead plans, and support schedule adherence
• Coordinate with subcontractors and other disciplines to resolve site issues
• Manage direct manpower and resources for self-performed works
• Ensure compliance with Construction Execution Plan, LGMS, and company policies

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering (minimum)
• 10 years experience in onshore oil and gas / petrochemical projects
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and standards (ACI, ASTM, BS/EN)
• Good communication and coordination skills
