Civil Site Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise all civil works at the site to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, standards, and timelines.
Review and validate technical documentation, shop drawings, method statements, ITPs, and material submittals.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure proper implementation of site works.
Monitor site activities and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct daily inspections and quality checks to verify work progress and report any deviations or issues.
Assist in resolving technical site problems, ensuring smooth project execution.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
Participate in site meetings and ensure effective communication between all parties involved in the project.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of total experience, including at least 5 years in the UAE.
Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
Proven experience in large-scale projects in the UAE or GCC (e.g., high-rise buildings, infrastructure, or mixed-use developments).
Strong knowledge of construction practices, documentation, and site coordination.
Familiarity with UAE local codes, standards, and authority requirements.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and site reporting tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
