JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Title: Civil Site Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: Up to AED 5,000 (depending on experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Site Engineer to manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities and manpower
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily and weekly reports
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with HSE and safety regulations
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks
• Manage material requirements and site logistics
• Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly
• Support project planning, execution, and handover activities

Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs
• Good communication and coordination skills
Salary:
AED
3,500 to 5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
