About the Role:

- We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled professional for a new role that is a blend of Business Development Manager (BDM) and Client Relations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our key client relationships, driving international project growth, and leading our Dubai-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a pivotal part of our expansion, with the potential to shape and influence key projects in various industries including hospitality, residential and commercial projects.
- Ideally, the candidate should come from an interior design background.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Oversee and nurture our main client, ensuring excellent communication, service delivery, and long-term business growth.
- Business Development: Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities, particularly in international markets including the UK, France, and other regions. Focus on expanding into smaller-scale projects in the F&B, hospitality, and refurbishment sectors.
- Team Development & Dubai Branch Growth: Develop and lead a team of 8 professionals in Dubai, ensuring productivity, motivation, and alignment with company goals. Play an integral role in helping build and expand our Dubai branch.
- Interior Design Expertise: Ideally, the candidate should come from an interior design background to offer expertise and value to the business’s project requirements and client relations.
- Project Management: Oversee operational and project development aspects to ensure smooth execution and successful outcomes.
- Strategy & Growth: Develop strategic business plans to drive growth in both local and international markets. Provide innovative solutions to meet clients' needs and expand the company’s portfolio.
- Proactive Mindset: Demonstrate a solution-oriented approach with a strong willingness to take initiative and contribute across various aspects of the business, fostering a collaborative and growth-driven culture.

Requirements:
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in business development, key account management, and operations, ideally within the F&B, hospitality and commercial projects.
- Experience in interior design is recommended
- Strong network and connections in international markets, especially in the UK and France.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and motivate teams.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi for 5 days per week, with the flexibility for occasional travel or adjustments to the schedule as needed.
- A background in interior design or a related field is preferred, with an understanding of design-driven projects.
- Knowledge of the local market and international project dynamics is a plus.
- A proactive, “can-do” attitude and a passion for growing the business and the Dubai branch.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strategic mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
