JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Response to clients' inquiries through calls, whatsapp, emails and in person.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and services.
• Qualify the received leads/inquires and assign them to the right consultant accordingly.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with the customers through open and interactive communication.
• Follow communications policies and procedures set by the company.
• Keep records of all clients’ interactions and update the CRM System accurately.
• Coordinate with the internal departments to ensure meeting client’s needs.
• Follow up with the clients on regular basis to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Call Center, Client Relations, or related field.• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Strong analytical and comprehension skills.
• Good communication skills.
