JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Client Relationship Officer to join our Corporate Finance Advisory and Investment Banking team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for business development and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Business development and relationship management for Strategic Financial and Corporate Advisory services like project finance, debt syndication, asset/structured finance, trade finance solutions, private equity, etc.
- To originate and coordinate execution of mandates in varied business segments (Corporate/ Mid Market / SME) for project finance, debt syndication, asset/structured finance, structured trade finance solutions, private equity, etc., against specific fee based revenue budgets.
- To maintain excellent relationships at senior levels with corporates with a view to early and timely identification of opportunities for the above activities.
- To oversee and ensure the smooth completion of all processes in the mandate cycle
- Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their financial objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and recommendations to clients.
- Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings to promote the firm's services and expand the professional network.

This is a commission based role with no fixed salary.

Requirements:
- Work experience of 1-4 years with relevant experience of successful deal origination and execution with SME/Mid Market corporates.
- Candidate is expected to have a good understanding and exposure into Financial Services Market in UAE
- Excellent Communication skills and strong inter-personal skills
- Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably in the corporate finance advisory or investment banking industry.
- Confident with strong flair for marketing and relationship building
- Excellent relationships and networks at senior levels with corporate entities in UAE
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding client satisfaction and business development targets.
