Position Title: Clinic Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 18K AED depending on experience and qualifications, plus commission

About the Client:
An aesthetic clinic based in Dubai, inspired by Southern American concept.
Job Description:
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the clinic, overseeing staff and resources to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Lead the clinic's business development efforts by identifying growth opportunities, partnerships, and new service offerings that can expand the clinic's reach, as well as executing marketing campaigns that will attract new patients and keep existing patients coming back.
• Participate in the interview process, hiring decisions, training, and management of clinic staff.
• Monitor and manage clinic supplies, products, and equipment required for various treatments.
• Upsell aesthetic clinic services as well as develop and implement upselling strategies, collaborating with the team to maximize revenue while prioritizing patient satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years related experience as a Clinic Manager in an aesthetic clinic
• Knowledge in DHA license regulations and processing is an advantage
• Experience in driving business development/marketing of the aesthetics clinic as a Clinic Manager
• Skilled in upselling aesthetic services
