- Overseeing nursing functions in the IVF Clinic
- Supervising the work of Nursing Team
- Coordinating with diverse medical teams in the provision of a consummate patient care i.e. Doctors, Embryologist, Lab technicians, Bio-Medical Engineering, Procurement, Patient-Care Team and Procurement
- Monitoring the patient visits and reports and provide necessary guidance and counselling.
- Provide comprehensive, safe and effective evidence based nursing and midwifery care to achieve identified health outcomes.
- Recognize and uphold the rights of all clients accessing health services and advocate of their behalf. This also includes maintaining cultural sensitivity.
- Provide high level communication skills that include: interpersonal, verbal, written, computer and ability to work cohesively as an active member of the multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for patients and visitors utilizing a contemporary quality and risk management framework.
- Ensure Compliance applicable in clinical/Nursing/Statutory standards.
- Develop and maintain standard nursing records including admission and discharge records.
- Practice Infection control measures in the clinic.
- Management of overall Administration of Nursing Staff – Selection, leave and attendance management, effective deployment of nurses, Conduct & Discipline, performance appraisal, mentoring and coaching, guidance counseling, grievance handling and welfare.
