JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Responsible for organizing and overseeing the administrative aspects of health services including:
• Managing budgets
• Oversee recruitment and training
• Scheduling of staff
• Managing of supplies and inventory
• Ensure compliance with standards
• Review staff performance
• Ensure high quality patient care
Salary:
AED
20,000 to 25,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: accommodation allowance
REQUIREMENTS
• 3 Plus years experience as a Clinical Coordinator preferably within the UAE.
• Experience within medical centres or home health care as a manager.
• Health care qualification preferred.
• Leadership qualification preferred.
• Previous experience as a Charge Nurse is required
