JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are currently looking for a Clinical Quality Analyst (UAE National) to join a leading healthcare organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hospital quality management and healthcare performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate clinical quality standards within the hospital
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements
- Conduct audits and support quality improvement initiatives
- Analyze performance data and prepare quality reports
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient care standards
Requirements:
- UAE National (Emirati)- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Public Health, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a hospital setting
- Strong knowledge of healthcare quality standards and regulatory compliance
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
