JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Cluster Training Manager up to 15K AED + for a 5-Star Hotel in Dubai
• Open to any nationality
• Male or Female, 45 y/o and below
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years’ training experience in a 5-star hotel
• Strong background in traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)
• Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
• Keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
• Has excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficient in using MS Office
• Can join immediately (1-month max)
• Work Location: Dubai, UAE
REQUIREMENTS
Salary up to 15,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation
