JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Get the summary for bounced cheques from cashier and make a record report list
• Reviewing the bounced Cheques list.
• Calling Lists of Unpaid Customers without PDC for payments
• Follow up clients.
• Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
• Maintaining customer payment records.
• Preparing daily reports and submit to head of collections and head of finance.
• Writing final notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made by email.
• Responding to customer queries.
• Coordinate with Legal Assistant to notify delinquent customers for last warning prior to court case.
• Compile necessary documents for court case and handover to Legal Assistant to proceed for legal cases.
• Any other task assigned by the management.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in real estate, business administration, or related field is a plus.• Previous experience in real estate, property management, or administrative support roles preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office suite and real estate management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Salary:
AED
3,000 to 4,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
