Our client is engaged in the import, export and distribution of disposable e-cigarettes and other nicotine-containing products under their own brand.

• Report directly to GM to ensure profits are maximized in line with EBITDA targets.
• Formulate a sales strategy for the year, ensure the implementation of the plan, price positioning, conduct trade marketing activities by leading the commercial operations to deliver its strategic short-term and long-term goals, initiatives, and budget
• Study export market and potential customer and identify the best approach for prospecting.
• Develop contracts with customers to ensure securing long-term sales with profitable orders
• Systematize the work of the company's sales department, warehouse, logistics, financial department. Set KPIs and monitor compliance
• Direct participation in the formation of the team
• Resolving disputes within the company and in the sales process
• Operational management of the company
• Collaboration with the marketing department to deliver overall strategic goals and maximise the brand reputation to international level

Salary:
AED 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
