Job Title: Senior Commercial Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: AED 65,000 (Negotiable)

About the Role:
Our client, a leading Construction Project Management Consultancy (PMC) with an exceptional portfolio of projects spanning across the UAE, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join their team as they embark on a groundbreaking large-scale project in Abu Dhabi.
• Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the project, including cost control, procurement, and contract management.
• Contract Management: Oversee the negotiation, administration, and management of contracts, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
• Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, conduct cost analysis, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts for senior management and stakeholders.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the commercial team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

AED 65,000 to 70,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager in the construction industry, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and cost control.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure.
