Looking to identify a talented individual who will play a pivotal role in our client's organization's growth and development. This role will be working closely with the Accounting Manager, taking responsibility for the FP&A activities of the organisation.

Our Client is in the b2b space. They are currently searching for an experienced Commercial and FP&A Analyst to join their team, based in Abu Dhabi.
Description
Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to drive strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management.
Business Partnering:
- Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and support.
- Act as a financial advisor to business units, helping to optimize financial performance and achieve business goals.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between finance and other teams.
Business Intelligence & KPI Monitoring:
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance.
- Select, implement, and manage business intelligence tools to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Conduct regular reviews of KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)- Degree in Finance from top school-university, with business and management acumen
- 3-6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the retail industry.
- Strong financial modelling skills with the ability to develop complex models.
- Excellent partnering skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software/tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
