JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
£115,000 - £130,000
This well respected principal contractor is involved in some of the highest profile projects across the Middle East and as such is looking to add an expat, Senior Commercial Manager to its team in the UAE.
REQUIREMENTS
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
* MRICS status
* English speaking (expats preferred)
* Experience of working for well known blue chip contractors in the Middle East
* Major build project experience
* Minimum of 10 years experience with well known blue chip contracting companies
* BSc in Quantity Surveying from a recognised college or university or MRICS status
* Demonstrable experience of managing commercial teams
* Experience of managing major build projects
* Previous Middle East experience
