JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Commercial manager is responsible for managing the fragrance division in the Company which involves planning of the objectives, budgets and forecasts of the division, managing its operation, leading the sales & marketing operations and business development.
• The main objective is to roll out the division strategy and develop the company portfolio in the region as well as to lead brand results with the best achievement in term of sales and awareness.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 8 years experience in similar role
• Experience in the fragrance sector desirable
• Experience with working with retailers in the UAE and regionally
• Experience in managing a local team and well as a remote team
