JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

General Requirement:
• Previous experience in residential developments & hospitality projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Highly organized and able to multitask.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in cost planning, budgeting, contracts, tendering etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• B.Sc Engineering from a reputable institution.
• PMP certification is added advantage.
• Minimum 12 - 15 years of postgraduate practical experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in cost planning, budgeting, contracts, tendering etc.
