JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are working with a leading Real Estate developer to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager based out of Dubai.
The firm develops high-end, luxury hospitality and residential projects and has been involved in a number of landmark projects in the UAE.
We are looking to appoint a Contracts Manager who can lead all commercial and contractual activities throughout the development lifecycle.
REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years experience in Commercial / Contracts Management across large-scale Real Estate projects in the Middle East
- Experience in Procurement
- Degree educated in QS/Engineering/Law
- Deep knowledge of relevant industry/international standards and the GCC Real Estate markets
- A strong negotiator and influencer
