JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Role Summary:

The Commercial Operations Leader will drive operational & analytical commercial initiatives across The ME LCT.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Optimize sales force efficiency through functional deployment of IT tools, including SFDC, APTTUS, COCIR, My Orders, Distributor Performance tool
- In collaboration with Commercial Excellence; the Com Ops Leader will support in reporting out analytics, quality & simplification initiatives to optimize business performance including Order booking Cycle, SFDC Stale OPP, SCORE approval cycle, Quality of POC
- Collaborate and coordinate with diverse teams (Commercial, Marketing, Finance & Operations) for account segmentation
- Enable collaborative culture and drive organization to improve customer/client satisfaction levels and responsiveness- Distributor scorecard
- In Collaboration with the Commercial Excellence team, support strategic imperatives (Growth, Simplification & Quality) and initiatives in order to ensure the fulfillment of business requirements and to optimize business performance
- Develop and maintain critical relationships with Commercial GMs (U/S, LCS) and finance teams to deliver orders performance to OP targets
- Drive continuous improvement on all related processes i.e Syria work instructions and procedures in adherence with GE & ITC requirements.
- Keep track and follow-up on big/ Strategic projects in the region
- Support quarter-end orders closing with Commercial, Finance and Sales Operations team.
- Support the ComOps Director in general with analytics, data collection and reporting.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Operation Field
- Arabic Speaker
- Strong business acumen, including a strong financial background
- Efficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to develop and execute priorities to meet objective
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate with employees and customers at all levels
- Strong presentation skills with ability to synthesize and explain complex issues
