JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Commi 2 up to 3.1k Aed for A Latin American Restaurant in Dubai
- Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the main kitchen or satellites
- Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques
- Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control
REQUIREMENTS
- POSITION: COMMI 2
- SALARY: 3,100 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
- HIRING COMPANY: International Hospitality Group
- WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
- AVAILABILITY: Immediately can join will be prioritized (1-month max)
- EMPLOYMENT TYPE (Temporary/Permanent): Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Open to any nationality, Latin-American nationals will be preferred
- Male/Female, 35 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Hotel Management Graduate or Culinary Degree
- With professional kitchen apprenticeship or chef’s training course and previous experiences in quality establishments along with good culinary skills
- With entry level experience in an upscale restaurant/bar/hotel
- With experience in both hot and cold kitchen
- Experience in MEXICAN, SPANISH or LATIN AMERICAN cuisine is a must
- Good understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
