JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Description:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items, including meats, poultry, seafood, vegetables, and sauces.
- Follow recipes and cooking techniques as directed by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned section, including workstations, equipment, and utensils.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Monitor food temperatures during cooking and ensure that all food items are cooked to the appropriate level of doneness

A high-end casual dining restaurant, based in Dubai
Qualifications:
- Open to Asian nationalities
- 38 years old below
- Atleast 2 years of relevant experience in the Hot/Cold section is an advantage
Salary:
AED
3,000 to 3,200
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
