JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Looking for a Commi Chef for a European restaurant, who has experience in preparing continental, European, Mexican, Asian food
• Knowledge of vegetarian and vegan dishes is a must
• Can assist the Chefs in the kitchen in preparing and cooking dishes
• Prepare daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the kitchen
• Measure and mix ingredients according to established recipe cards and methods
• Participate in ensuring that the work section is kept clean and in orderly fashion
• Prepare basic dishes and assists the chefs in a fast phase daily setting
Salary:
AED
2,000 to 2,700
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
REQUIREMENTS
• Can work in high-pressure environments
• 2 years experience minimum
• Ready to start immediately
Qualifications:
• Open to Indian nationals
• Male, 35 years old and below
• At least 2 years of work experience from mid to high-end casual dining
• Knowledge in vegan cuisine is a plus
