JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are looking for a Commi II/III (Senior Team Member) to join our team in our UAE-Sharjah location. He/She will be responsible for assisting the cooks in the preparation of a range of food items in accordance with established recipes and menu specifications.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of food orders.
• Assisting Cooks in cutting Vegetables and other food products.
• Helping Cooks in all meal preparation.
• Assemble the trollies/tray setup.
• Labeling food products as per food hygiene standards.
• Preparing Juices.
• Portioning the meals and salads.
• Preparing sandwiches according to standards.
• DE boxing of boxes.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
Salary:
AED
1,000 to 1,200
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Meals, Transportation, Accommodation, Insurances (Medical, Life and Accident))
REQUIREMENTS
• At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar setting is required.
• Knowledge of basic food safety principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
