JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Good knife skills and cutting precision
• Experience in salads, dressings, and cold starters
• Basic knowledge of terrines, pâtés, and cold sauces
• Strong basic cooking skills (grill, sauté, roast, etc.)
• Follows recipes and portion control accurately
• Familiar with cold food plating and presentation
• Understands food safety and hygiene (HACCP)
• Keeps station clean and well-organized
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Works well under pressure and in a team
• Shows initiative and willingness to learn
• Punctual, disciplined, and well-groomed
Requirements:
• Certified School Education in College• Certificate course in Kitchen
• 1 - 2 years work experience in Four to Five Star hotels.
• 1 year work experience in Four to Five Star Hotel Apprenticeship
• Basic Food Hygiene and safety/HACCP
Salary:
AED
2,500 to 3,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
