JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Description:
• Assist CDP when assigned to a kitchen station.
• Hygienically clean, wash and disinfect kitchen area, workstations, tables, tools, knives, and other equipment.
• Comply with sanitation and safety standards of UAE Health and Safety Regulations.
• Follow recipes and guidelines provided by the chef to ensure consistency in flavor, presentation, and portion sizes.
• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.

Salary: up to 3.2K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus centralized tips and service charge

• Open to Asian, Arabic and CIS nationals
• 24 to 30 years old
• Minimum of 1 year UAE experience
• Knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices
• Must have credentials in health and safety training
