JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Description:
• Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes in the hot / cold section depending on assignment, under the supervision of senior chefs.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hot section, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure that all food is stored and prepared according to food safety guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and ordering as required.

Salary: up to 3K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

A high-end, Levant, casual dining restaurant in Dubai specializing in Eastern Mediterranean cuisine based in Dubai.
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationalities
• 38 years old and below
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience in the same role within UAE, with exposure on Levant cuisines/ Arabic dishes
