Position Title: Commis Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3.1K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus paid overtime, meal on duty and uniform

About the Client:
A casual dining restaurant based in Dubai.
Job Description:
• Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including chopping, slicing, and dicing vegetables, meats, and other food items.
• Ensure that all ingredients are stocked and readily available for cooking.
• Support senior chefs in cooking and assembling dishes.
• Help with the presentation and plating of dishes to ensure they meet the restaurant's standards.
Requirements:
Qualifications:• Open to Asian nationals
• 35 years old below
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Chinese or Thai cuisine
• Open to home country experience.
• Proficient in wok cooking techniques and knowledgeable with knives and knife skills.
Salary:
AED
2,700 to 3,100
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
