JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position Title: Commis Chef – Butchery
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Description:
• Measure meal ingredients for the Chef de Partie.
• Prepare meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meat
• Receive deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality
• Knowledgeable in different cutting techniques of meat, fish and poultry
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• 38 years old and below
• At least 2 years of experience in butchery section
• Knowledgeable in cooking methods, knife handling and cooking processes
• Must have a basic knowledge of Food Hygiene
• At least a high school diploma is required
